Pedestrian crossing - Bullumwaal Rd Wy Yung

A safe pedestrian crossing is needed. Specifically, there is a retirement village on one side of the road and a playground on the other. No way for grandparents to walk to the park.

Suggestions

1) A path to the edge of the road on each side of the road already exists near the bakery and this position allows for good vision of oncoming vehicles in both directions. We suggest putting an island in the middle of the road (there are 3 lanes at this point) allowing crossing one lane at a time.

2) Outside the Wy Yung Pub, directly across to the playground. We’re not confident that there is sufficient vision for this option.
